Because all items are custom printed just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a product defect or an error with your order.
What if I ordered the wrong size or color?
Since products are made-to-order, we cannot offer replacements or refunds for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size/color selection. Please check the size guide before purchasing.
What if I receive a defective or incorrect item?
Please contact us by email at info@mafinawa.com within 5 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue. We’ll evaluate your case and, if confirmed, arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Because items are custom-made, we cannot accommodate changes or cancellations once the order has gone into fulfilment and production.
What if my package is lost or delayed?
If tracking shows your order is lost in transit, contact us by email at info@mafinawa.com , and we’ll work with our production partner to resolve the issue.
How are your products made?
All merchandise is printed on demand by our production partner using high-quality materials and eco-friendly printing methods.
How do I care for my items?
Wash similar colors together, turn garments inside out, and use cold water. Avoid bleach and high heat drying to maintain print quality.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options available at checkout.
Are taxes included in the price?
Taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
Do you guarantee delivery dates?
We do our best to provide accurate delivery estimates, but please note that exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Factors such as customs inspections, weather conditions, or carrier delays may occasionally affect shipping times.
What if my package is marked as delivered but I didn’t receive it?
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, it becomes the customer’s responsibility. If this happens, we recommend first checking with neighbors, household members, or your local carrier office. If you still can’t locate it, contact us at info@mafinawa.com, and we’ll do our best to support you.
