At Mafi Nawa, we partner with Printful to handle the production and fulfillment of our made-to-order products. This Shipping Policy explains how your orders are processed and delivered.


Order Fulfillment

  • Processing Time: Each product is made to order. Fulfillment typically takes 2–5 business days from the time your order is placed.

  • Production Locations: Orders are fulfilled from various Printful facilities worldwide, depending on the product type and delivery address.


Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • Shipping options and delivery times vary depending on your location and product selection.

  • The available shipping methods and estimated delivery times for your order will be calculated at checkout.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors such as customs processing, carrier delays, or local holidays.


Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are based on your location, the product type, and the chosen shipping method.

  • All shipping rates are calculated at checkout and displayed before you complete your purchase.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.

  • You can use this link to monitor the status of your shipment.


Shipping Restrictions

Due to legal restrictions or carrier limitations, we do not ship to certain regions, including:

  • Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine

  • Russia

  • Belarus

  • Ecuador

  • Cuba

  • Iran

  • Syria

  • North Korea

This list may change depending on global regulations.


Lost or Damaged Orders

  • Lost Orders: Claims must be submitted within 25 days after the estimated delivery date.

  • Damaged Orders: Claims must be submitted within 25 days of receiving the product.

  • To submit a claim, contact us at info@mafinawa.com with your order number and photos of the issue.


Incorrect or Insufficient Address

  • Shipments sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses will be returned to our fulfillment facility.

  • Customers are responsible for reshipping costs once a valid address is provided.


Unclaimed Shipments

  • Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility.

  • Customers are responsible for reshipment costs.


Non-Returnable Items

  • For health and hygiene reasons, sealed goods (such as face masks) are not eligible for return or reshipment.


International Customs and Duties

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.
