Lost or Damaged Orders

Lost Orders: Claims must be submitted within 25 days after the estimated delivery date.

Damaged Orders: Claims must be submitted within 25 days of receiving the product.

Incorrect or Insufficient Address

Shipments sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses will be returned to our fulfillment facility.

Customers are responsible for reshipping costs once a valid address is provided.
Unclaimed Shipments

Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, sealed goods (such as face masks) are not eligible for return or reshipment.
