Mafi Nawa is a California-based art brand offering original canvas artwork, merchandise, and related products. These Terms of Service (“ToS”) govern your use of our website, products, and services.

By accessing or using our website or purchasing products from Mafi Nawa, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

3. Products and Services

Mafi Nawa offers:

Original artwork and canvas pieces.
Merchandise including apparel, mugs, stickers, and other branded items.
Limited-edition collections and collaborations.

All products are made to order unless stated otherwise, and are subject to availability. Mafi Nawa reserves the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

4. Account Registration

When creating an account on our website:

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
Any activity under your account is your responsibility.

5. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
Payments are processed securely via our approved payment methods.
You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes associated with your purchase.
Orders may be delayed or canceled due to stock availability, shipping issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times vary depending on product type and destination.
Risk of loss or damage to products passes to the buyer upon delivery.
Mafi Nawa is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
If an incorrect or insufficient address is provided, the shipment will be returned to our fulfillment facility. Customers are responsible for reshipping costs.

7. Returns and Refunds

Because each product is made to order, Mafi Nawa does not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or size changes.

Claims for Issues

Returns or replacements are only accepted for misprinted, defective, or damaged items.
Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 25 days of receiving the product.
Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted within 25 days after the estimated delivery date.
Approved claims are covered at Mafi Nawa’s expense and will be replaced.

Submitting a Claim

Return Address

All returns are directed to our fulfillment partner’s facility. Once a returned shipment is received, an automated email notification will be sent. Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 25 days.

Non-Returnable Items

Sealed goods (such as face masks) are non-returnable for health and hygiene reasons.
For customers in Brazil, returns are allowed within 7 days for unused, undamaged products.
EU customers: According to Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to customer specifications or personalized items, or to unsealed sealed goods unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons.

Unclaimed Shipments

Unclaimed shipments are returned to our facility. Customers are responsible for reshipment costs.

8. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, and content on Mafi Nawa’s website are owned by Mafi Nawa or used with permission.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without written consent.
Purchasing products does not transfer intellectual property rights unless explicitly stated.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use our website or services for unlawful purposes.
Interfere with or disrupt our services.
Copy, reproduce, or distribute content without authorization.
Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

10. Limitation of Liability

Mafi Nawa is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product you acquired.

Your use of Mafi Nawa’s services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
