Refund policy

At Mafi Nawa, each product is made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or size changes. Returns are only accepted for items that are misprinted, defective, or damaged.

  1. Claims for Issues

    • Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product.

    • Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted within 14 days after the estimated delivery date.

    • Approved claims are covered at our expense and will be replaced.

  2. Submitting a Claim

    • If you notice an issue with your order, please contact us at info@mafinawa.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

  3. Return Address

    • All returns are directed to our fulfillment partner’s facility. Once a returned shipment is received, you will receive an automated email notification.

    • Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 14 days.

  4. Incorrect or Insufficient Address

    • If an incorrect or insufficient address is provided, the shipment will be returned to our fulfillment facility. Customers are responsible for the cost of reshipping once a valid address is confirmed.

  5. Unclaimed Shipments

    • Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility. Customers are responsible for reshipment costs.

  6. Non-Returnable Items

    • For health and hygiene reasons, sealed goods (such as face masks) are not eligible for return or reshipment.

  7. Customers in Brazil

    • Customers in Brazil may request a return within 7 consecutive days of receiving their order by contacting us at info@mafinawa.com and providing a photo of the item. The product must be unused and undamaged for the return to be approved.

  8. EU Customers

    • According to Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

      • Goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

      • Sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and are unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.

This Return Policy is governed by English language terms and will apply to all orders placed through Mafi Nawa.
